Documents required for an appointment

2. For children not accompanied by their parents: notarized parental consent for examination and treatment at our clinic.
3. Migration card (for all patients, regardless of age).
4. Registration: For stays in the Russian Federation longer than 7 working days, pre-registration is required.
   • Registration period for citizens of Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan is 30 calendar days.

Accommodation and Stay

Medical Care: Each floor of the hospital has a medical room and an examination room, where doctors conduct daily examinations and nurses administer all necessary medications (eg, eye drops, injections, etc.).

Meals:

• Most patients eat in the cafeteria on the first floor of the boarding house.
• Dietary meals are available for diabetics (table no. 9).
• Meals are delivered to patients' rooms for those on bed rest.

2. Upon arrival at the clinic, you must obtain an electronic queue ticket (no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time) from the receptionist.
3. Then proceed to the reception desk to complete the necessary paperwork.
4. Undergo an ophthalmological diagnostic examination.
5. After the diagnostic examination, you will be invited to an in-person appointment with the doctor, where a diagnosis will be made and your further treatment plan will be planned.
